Want to throw an error on Document Upload / fire plugin on Document upload

Hi,

I have registered a plugin on 'sharepointdocument' entity in D365. I want to debug the plugin to make sure my fix it and plugin works correctly. I've set the plugin step to be Syncrhonous, but the UI doesn't seem to catch it. I don't see that the plugin is being triggered on the Upload of a document (i.e. it creates a Document) record in Dynamics.

I also checked System Jobs (but no point, since my plugin is Sync)

Any thoughts on what ma I missing? My aim is to get the URL of the uploaded Document.
