How to sync. value of custom field between Sharepoint 2016 On-premises and CRM On-premises

Hello All,

Any idea how to sync sharepoint custom fields and dynamics 365 on-premises. i'm able to sync fields between D365 On-line and SP online, but not in On-premises. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.
