Hi All
I’m trying to edit an SSRS FetchXML report in Visual Studio 2015, connecting to Dynamics 365 Online v9.1.
I can preview the report fine in VS so the data source connection works, but when I go to Query Designer for the report dataset I get ‘Unable to connect to data source’.
Setup:
- Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 Update 3
- Dynamics 365 Developer Toolkit version 1.3.2000.9032
- SQL Server Data Tools for VS2015 version 14.0.61712.50
- Dynamics 365 Report Authoring extension version 9.0.2.426
I’ve tried using TLS1.2 and the SchUseStrongCrypto regedit, both mentioned elsewhere on this forum, but still get the error. I’ve also tried uninstalling VS2015, SSDT & Report Authoring and then reinstalling, same issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
