Goal don`t calculate

HI!

We have some goals that don`t calculate. On these goals we get the following error message: 

You do not have a license to use Microsoft Dynamics 365. Contact your Office 365 administrator for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 license.

There was a highlighting error for the goal 768 "A USER NAME"

On the goals that calculate we dont have this error

I have verified that I have a valid license and that goal owner is a active user.

I have also checked the name that is referenced in the error message but cannot find anything here.

I cannot recalculate the goal manually (nothing happens)

Any tips on this?
