I have a case of a hybrid D365 infrastructure. CRM is fully online. Active directory is on-premise but synchronized with Azure AD. Exchange runs completely hybrid so some emails are local on exchange and some others are on cloud.
Azure AD as the best source candidate for user profile pictures. But the million bucks question is how?
