We have a CRM 2011 Cloud customer who overnight was upgraded to the new Polaris release. We were under the impression that this would not happen but instead we would be able to plan the upgrade within a 12 month window from January 2013. This now means we have to fix javascript pluggins and deal with users not being able to use the system properly until they are fixed. We have the tool to check compatibility but we wanted to do this in our own controlled manner in our own time.
Have any other customers or partners experienced the auto-upgrade to Polaris in the Cloud?
