I have two fields which I've cretaed indentically under leads and accounts. The fields each have 3 identical option sets and I would like to know a way if they can be copied over when a lead is qualified into an account. As of now, I have a 1:N relationship mapping setup where, when qualified, defaults to the first option set in each instance. How do I avoid this?
