Plugin not showing up in Plugin Registration Tool

Hi All,

      I am new to dynamics & I am trying to update an existing plugin using the Plugin Registration Tool.

I could not find the plugin in the tool which I was going to update. So I registered a new assembly & registered a new step with "Update" message to it.

Now the plugin is visible in the registration tool, but the logs which I added is still not showing up in the trace logs, it's still showing older ones. 

Please help me out on how to update the existing plugin.
