SQL query to get all the plugins registered from Plugin Registration tool

Need SQL query to get all the plugins registered from Plugin Registration tool.

Select createdbyname, ismanagedname,* from FilteredSdkMessageProcessingStep

This query gives me records over 8000. Can someone let me know what filters to apply.
