Schedule Duplicate detection Job with 30 days and update update duplicate contact status "onhold"

Hi Dear Community Members,

I am Very new to MSCRM area,

I need to know how can I proceed for the below-mentioned problem.

Problem - I need to schedule the "Duplicate Detection Job" every 30 days and I need to update all duplicate contact status "On Hold" and send mail to Administrator regarding all information of Duplicate Contacts.
