I would like to create an automatic email to my sales team to remind them they have a 'neglected' lead. Neglected would mean they have not touched the lead in two days after it was assigned. I found a how-to webpage (see below link), which i followed but it doesn't work. In my version of CRM i don't see 'workflow' instead I see 'process'. Regardless, I followed every step in the article and it still doesn't work. Please help.
