How to delete step from the Dialog/Workflow/Action programmatic?

Hi All,

I've got 2 Dialog. Each linked to other as Child Dialog.

Here is a simple example:

When I'm trying to get dependencies (RetrieveDependenciesForDeleteRequest, RetrieveDependenciesForDeleteResponse) and Delete any of these Dialog's programmatically, I'm get into infinite loop of dependencies.

Or if I'm trying to Deactivate and Delete any of these Dialog's programmatically, I'm get an error that The Dialog has dependency(-ies) and can not be deleted.

Can anyone assist how to delete Link Child Dialog step programmatically?

Any advice/suggestions appreciated.
