Global Option set field is cleared out on the Form upon saving the record and record still shown as Unsaved

Need one help

I’ve create one Business rule on Lead Entity and created a Global Option Set field(Blank/Value1/Value2) which will be displayed on the Form.

This field will be updated when selecting other fields on the form.

The issues is upon saving the record the field value is cleared out and Form still shows as UnSaved(Note: There are no hidden mandatory field) on the Form.

I’ve checked all my Business rules condition for Visibility/Locked/Read-Only ..etc,Every thing seems to be fine but some how I am unable to crack it .

Any information much apricated

I am using D365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.5623) online
