Hello everyone,
I've created a custom business process flow for Account entity. I want to create a pipeline dashboard for this process flow in Power BI using account data. I want to show the active stages and the active days of accounts on this Power BI dashboard. I've done the similar dashboard for lead to opportunity process flow, the difference is; I used "Lead to Opportunity Sales Process" entity and all of the required information was in that entity already. My question is; do I need to create a custom entity for my process flow just like Lead to Opportunity Sales Process? or this custom process flow data is in CRM somewhere? Can I collect the data of which stage and how long the account are on this stage for this custom business process flow?
