Regarding the workflow

how to retrieve record from lead to opportunity using workflow

In other words, in the lead entity there are two fields which are option set. The same fields I created in Opportunity entity using existing global option set.

Now, when I create record for the two fields in Lead, then qualify it. The same record has to be there in the opportunity.

Plz let me know the solution using workflow.
