Weekly notification of open cases to owner

Hi,

I want to automate a weekly notification to send to the owner of their open cases
In the notification , it must include a list of their open cases

Case 1
Case 2

So if there are 2 users in the system, two notifications will be triggered and mailed to each with a list of their open cases.
This notification should be automated and triggered weekly
