Update Qualify Lead Status in footer with custom Status reason

Hello All , 

I have implemented a custom requirement by Qualify a lead without creating Opportunity using workflow which get triggered using a custom Ribbon Button and its working fine as expected . After Qualify a lead using custom button  I have to set a custom footer status (XYZ) but its populating only Qualified . I have tried to add new Status reason in the Lead Status and set in my workflow properties but still its bringing default Qualify status after lead qualification without creating Opportunity . Please share your comments .

1) Custom button 

2) Required Custom Status reason after Lead Qualify rather than Qualified 

3) Workflow properties where custom Qualify Status has been set
