System Administrator Account - Can no longer log in

Hi,

I can no longer log into dynamics 365 with any account including system administrator account

Message: 

    You need a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Security role to continue
    Your access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 has not yet been fully configured.
    Contact your Microsoft Dynamics365 administrator so that
    they can assign you a security rile before proceeding.

I am the System Administrator and tried with another user you also is a System Administrator with the same behaviour.
