Possible to use search bar and filter in a view?

In my Opportunity entity's "All Opportunities" view, I want to be able to type something in the search bar to filter on the "Opportunity Name", and also be able to filter the "Status" field to only show "Won" Opportunities.  Is it possible to use both the search bar feature and the filter feature?  It is not currently working.  If it is not possible, what is the best workaround?
