How to add an existing entity

Hi,

I created a new orgainsation in ms crm 2011. What i saw is the incident entity did not apper in menu items. The incident entity exists in ms crm 2011 database. However i can nto see this entity in my menu items. How can i add this existing entity to the menu items.
