Why does this filter

show a record that is associated to Händler in the results?

The relation is even in the Händler record visible:

The fetchXML uses the correct entity ID:

<fetch version="1.0" output-format="xml-platform" mapping="logical" distinct="true"><entity name="account"><attribute name="name" /><attribute name="telephone1" /><attribute name="emailaddress1" /><attribute name="ownerid" /><attribute name="wd_outstanding_debts_code" /><attribute name="address1_line1" /><attribute name="wd_robinson_activated" /><attribute name="accountclassificationcode" /><attribute name="wd_type_of_company" /><attribute name="address1_postalcode" /><attribute name="address1_city" /><attribute name="address1_country" /><attribute name="wd_year_before_last_revenue" /><attribute name="wd_last_year_revenue" /><attribute name="revenue" /><attribute name="accountid" /><order attribute="name" descending="false" /><link-entity name="wd_wd_accountcategory_account" from="accountid" to="accountid" visible="false" intersect="true"><link-entity name="wd_accountcategory" from="wd_accountcategoryid" to="wd_accountcategoryid" alias="ae"><filter type="and"><condition attribute="wd_accountcategoryid" operator="ne" uiname="Händler" uitype="wd_accountcategory" value="{F04C22E4-2EB6-E211-8C0A-000C29329206}" /></filter></link-entity></link-entity></entity></fetch>

There should be no records in the results that are associated with the Händler. Is that a bug?
