Lock / Unlock And Sort Button Missing In Products-Grid-View

Hi All,

As you can see in my image, I'm missing the Sort and Lock / Unlock Buttons in my custom Products-Grid-View.

Is that an expected behavior that in custom grid view, the buttons are hidden?
