Hello,
I have upgraded the CRM to version 9 on premise.
After many issues, CRM opens but I am not able to load the opportunity, quotes ,order, invoice, competitor, sales literature pages in CRM.
The error is as follows :
Event Journaling
Invalid Recipient Type
In Event viewer the error on quote say : 'RetrieveMultiple' method does not support entities of type 'quote'
Other entities works normal.
Any help is appreciated.
