Hi,
I am getting an error when I'm trying to import records to CRM.
"The source data is not in the required format"
This is the case for all decimal fields. if I change the decimal symbol from , (comma) to . (period) in the source file the import is succesful. However, i would rather not have to do that for multiple columns.
Which settings are taken into account when importing records? Both the System Format and my Personal Format has , (commas) as the Decimal Symbol.
