Out of memory when generate the Odata client with ODataClient.tt

Hi,

I have 16G memory installed on my pc and running the windows 10 1903 and Visual Studio 2017.

Using:
OData v4 client code generator version 7.5.1
Microsoft.OData.Client 7.5.1
Microsoft.OData.Core 7.5.1
Microsoft.OData.Edm 7.5.1
Microsoft.Spatial 7.5.1

when I 

1. Point the oDataClient.tt file to use the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations metadata file
2. Generate oDataClient.cs file by running custom tool on oDataClient.tt file
3. Run Custom tool

My VS restart and the error in Activitelog.xml said : out of memory

Any help please!!
