We use Dynamics CRM online and also Office 365 E Plan with SharePoint Online and want to use SP as out Document Locations.
I know we can setup the CRM to use SharePoint as the document location and it creates document libraries based on the account or contact entities.
What we have is several forms on the accounts and contacts entities based on various projects we are running.
In SharePoint Online we have sub-sites matching these CRM forms.
What we want to achieve is to upload a document to CRM and have it saved in the correct SharePoint Sub-Site and into the correct Document library within that subsite.
Something like
CRM Account form 1 >>>SharePoint subsite1/doclib
CRM Account form 2 >> SharePoint subsite2/doclib
CRM Contact form 1 >> SharePoint subsite1/doclib2
CRM Contact form 2 >> SharePoint subsite2/doclib2
Is it possible to have the CRM/SharePoint do this? Or are we stuck to a per entity basis
