I have in my business process flow two phases in the Lead, but if the user completes the fields in the first step and clicks the qualify button, he can Qualify the Lead.
I believe that via Plug-in, it is possible to do this, but can I somehow prevent this by using scripts, taking for example the button event and nullifying the button action?
