I have created a relationship to track orders that are needed to complete a service activities. What is the best way to take the information from the service activity, primarily the customer name and get it onto the Order from when the user clicks New Order the service activity. I tried doing field mappings however the Customer field from the Service Activity and Order form are two different data types. I am not very good at java but if that's the way it needs to be done I will figure it out. If there is an easier way ...............
