How to add a new list to Navigation Pane ?

Hello everyone!

I am new to Microsoft Dynamics, i want to know how can i add a new list called "Test" for example and display it in the area of Services so i can access it directly from the navigation pane.

I have tried to add it like this but when i get back to the navigation pane i can't find Test page.

Any suggestions how to achieve it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
