Advanced find old leads

Hello to all,

Im looking for a quary that will let me view only leads with past appointments.

the problem with the quary below is that i get leads with activities to come as well as old ones.

for example: lets say a specific account has two activities schedualed one on the 20/2/12 and the second on the 25/3/13 .

and my quary condition is "due date" "on or before" 1/1/13 , I will still get this account ever though this is not what i'm looking for.

i would like to see only leads with past activities, is there any other way of doing this?
