Hi there,
I am trying to import connections to existing records with these column headers:
Connected From - This is a look up value reference
Role (To)
Connected To - This is a look up value reference
Description
I created an import template on Connection for these fields.
I keep getting the error on the Connected To column
The look up reference could not be resolved
The contacts exist in dynamics but don't seem to connect.
I very well could be doing this incorrectly. Any advice?
