On a recent rollout, I opted to import 100+ users using the template. Something seems to have gone a bit sideways and all these users fail access checks on Case records that are shared with them. The users that I manually created and assign the same security roles and permissions work fine.
These users also get a Server Is Busy error when submitting a new Case. I suspect it's getting caught in an access check loop.

I am thinking I might need to get the DBA involved and delete these imported users from the system and manually add them again. But I am trying to avoid that if possible.
Any other trouble shooting tips?
