I have multiple versions of Visual Studio + SSDT installed on my machine: VS2013, VS2017 and VS2019.
When I install Report Authoring Extensions, I only get the "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fetch" data source type available in VS2013, but I also need it in 2017 and 2019.
How can I get that FetchXML data source type installed in all Visual Studio versions?
