Create a quote template with recurrence of multiple level fields

Hi! 

I've got a problem to create the template I want and I have no idea how I can solve it. So I'm asking for your help or ideas.

In Dynamics I have design a specific quote form with a parent-child relationships (it seems like bundles but it's 2 different tables)

In my quote I have a zone name (1), linked to a parent name (2) linked to products lines (3) (each of these fields can be repeat multiple times)

In my template I need to have these 3 types of fields like that :

Field3 has to repeat as much time necessary to show all products for Field2 and then Field2 and Field3 has to repeat for every Field1...

When I used the ''repeat existing'' in my word template on Field3 I have all products from all Field2 and if I select ''repeat existing'' for the 4 lines at once, I've got a blank sheet.

Do you know what are the solutions to fix that and which is the best (assuming there's more than one) ?

I'm using Word for this template, but maybe it can works better with Excel?
