We recently were upgraded to Unified Interface. Some of my dynamics users thought they use to be able to add Rich Text or HTML to the description field of Appointments created and distributed via a marketing campaign. I have toggled on the Rich Text Editor for Appointment created as activities. Is there a way to convert the Description field in the "Distribute Appointments" popup form to a rich text editor or for it to accept HTML? I've attached a screen shot of the form and field I'm referring to. Thanks for any help.
