Hi Guys,
I am trying to build a Interactive dashboard for Activities in Dynamics CRM. I want to use a custom field across the activity-entities (Email, Appointment and Tasks) which will be an option set(Handled/Unhandled) and will capture the processing of these items in system and later use the value Unhandled for all the activities(Email, Appointment and Task) to show in a single view in that interactive dashboard, but I am unable to achieve this. I have tried couple of approaches for this, my questions are
1) Can we have a single view/stream in the interactive dashboard on which we can display all the unhandled activities, and use the field in Global filter?
2) if not how can this be achieved. Any help will be much appreciable.
