Hi,
CRM 4. On contact, I want to send direct email. After sending direct email, I havn't received email. After checking History of contact. I found the status of email activity was "Completed" but when I open email, I found a error message "This message has not yet been submitted for delivery. For more information, see help".
Sender is having email access type - incoming / outgoing both set as "Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook"
Please help me in resolving this issue.
