Hello,
We encountered problems during redeployment Dynamics CRM 2011 from old to new domain.
In fact we already have Dynamics CRM 2011 installed and configured and production in a domain named "cynapsys.local"
We will migrate all users and all computers including the CRM server in another domain named "Cynapsys-groupe.local"
So I installed a new server Dynamics CRM 2011 in "Cynapsys-groupe.local"
I followed the official guide "How to Use and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011" version 5.5.0 section "Redeployment deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM server including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 in the same domain or in another "on page 11.
But during phase "Import organization in the new deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011" I met several problems.
1- error message during the user mapping "an error occurred when mapping users'

2- another error just after clicking OK "All users are not mapped. Do you want to continue "

I made many attempts to install and I searched on the net, in the CRM forum but I have not found a solution,
Please any one have an idea to solve my probleme
