How to build a frequency of bookings segment

 I am trying to build a frequency of bookings segment.  For example a segment which only contains contacts who made 6 bookings in 2019.   There is an option to select 'Number of bookings last 365 days equals 6'.  How do I build segment which will pull through the contacts I am looking for which are outwith the 365 days time period?
