Flow wont trigger on update of entity

I created a flow to trigger when a certain entity is updated or created. 

When I try and test the flow, I can not manually trigger it. I am a system admin in the environment and have the scope set to organization. 

Change Type: Create or Update

Table Name: Community

Scope: Organization

I also added a field to the column filter. I confirmed the field name is correct. When i test the flow and select manually trigger, I go into the environment and change the value in that field...but the flow wont trigger. 

I removed the column filter to be sure that isnt the problem, but it will still not run.
