Field security based on Security role

Hi,

I have a field security profile created for one of the field. I have assigned specific team into it and added users in team who need to the ability to access this field.

Currently as you know in teams, we have to manually  add users. Is there a way it can be automated. For e.g. on team, we assign a security role and then who ever gets assign to this security role will get added into teams.
