Change OOB Entity Folder Name Created on Share point

Hi Folks, 

Requirement -1

I had a requirement to change the OOB folder name for entity records which is created on share-point as shown in the below snapshot. 

is there away or a workaround in which this can be achieved. (I want to add the name of the customer associated with the "Project" in the sharepoint folder name)

Requirement - 2 

if the above is not possible is there a way we can search the folders based on the customers related to those records.
