customize the CSS of the CRM

Hi all,

I would like to customize the CSS of the CRM a bit (font colors headings etc.). The CSS can be created as a web resource.

Can I now somehow simply ensure that this CSS file is played out globally in the CRM? I don't want to customize every view and input mask. With themes I can unfortunately not add CSS, only colors directly adjust.
