when searching for a user or an account getting the message "the requested record was not found or you do not have sufficient permissions to view it"

Hi,

Getting the above message when searching for a user or an account. If another user logs onto that computer they don't get the message. If the user getting the message logs onto anotehr computer, they son't get that error message.

Look forward to hearing from someone.
