We are using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage our relations. But besides this we are storing data on several place of which we don't know how we should use this within CRM. Like for example:
We are using OneNote with one big notebook to create a page per relation
- The down side of using OneNote is that there is no direct relation between this page and the relation inside CRM and the huge OneNote notebook becomes slow
- We are using this to write down meeting notes, situation drawings, manuals for customer specific setups.
We are using network shares to store files of a relation
- The down side of this, is that we have to click manual towards this network share
We are storing credentials we received from servers / networks / etc. in a external password manager
- The down side of this is again that we have to lookup the folder of this customer twice (CRM and the password manager)
Any idea how we should arrange this better in CRM?
