I am having issues with end users pinned items dropping off over night. I don't tend to use this feature so I tested this on my account last night by pinning a Dashboard and two other records and when I came in this morning 1 record and no dashboard was all that remained in my pinned dropdown. Has anyone else ran into this and have any insight as to what is happening or how to address the issue? We are on the current version of Dynamics 365 CRM Online running a model driven app in the Unified Interface.
