Customer > Technology

I have a bunch of customers in my Dynamic CRM, and alot of my customers have different Technologies inserted into them (Example wordpress and other CMS)...

And I then want to add a "resposible user" for that technology (It's called OWNER when I click that technology).

But when I add the Group that I want to have the ownership (also tried adding single user) I get an error saying that person/Group do not have enough permissions.
It only works if I add the "System Administrator" to the Group, and I do not want to have all my Groups as sys admins ...

Can anyone help me?
I'm lost :P
