We have a script that populates the "From" text box on the email page to the team of the user who is creating the email.
Just recently, the teams email signature is no longer auto-populating in the body of the message.
After further testing we found that if we remove the team in the "From" box and add it back, the signature populates.
This tells us that the native Dynamics page load logic is either not running, or isnt finding the value in the "From" box.
Like i said, this worked before and no changes were made to the script. If we remove the script, the signature populates using the users signature, but we need the script so it defaults to the teams information.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
