Send bulk emails on a specific scheduled date and time

We want to send emails on a scheduled time to around 3000+ leads from Dynamics 365 for Sales. As per my finding we can do this via quick campaign but it does not allow scheduling the quick campaign. What other options do we have?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
