Quote add tax in Grid View

Hello 

am trying to add one more field in Product Grid when a user create a quote

i want to add a tax field that has currency type and use it to sum with the total amount *and it should be excluded from discounts)

Every product should have its own different Tax (its something like Recycle TAX)

any ideas ??
